Spandan 2020

The Annual Cultural Fest of ICAD proudly known as Spandan’20 hosted its cultural week from 14th Feb-20th Feb. At ICAD, for Spandan every year, the students are divided into four groups vertically. This helps in interaction between all students of ICAD from the new comers till the graduating batch of 5th year, and official way for them to get to know each other more because of such activities and events which helps in creating a last bond.

This year the four groups were named Amity Griffins, Erudite Wizards, Dauntless Dragons and Candour Centaurs. Each group displayed high competition and were at par with each other throughout the week which was full of competitions in various genres. Right from the theme reveal with flash-mob by each group, traditional dhol-tasha parade, on-spot games, tug-of-war, inter-class sports events, design competitions, traditional day, character day, to a final grand finale, it was a week filled with excitement, enthusiasm and hard-work!

This week was planned and organized meticulously to make it one of the most memorable experiences on the ICAD campus. Students eagerly participated in this annual fest and supported each other through everything! Cheers, slogan shout outs, strategic planning for events helped students bond very well right from the 1st to 5th years and build a great team spirit! This event left a huge bag full of memories in the heart of ICAD!
